One of the best service for car repairs I've been to. Shopped around for lowest prices around Long Beach and was intrigued by the exceptional reviews on Google of KC Auto Repairs. It's a one man garage but KC diagnosed the problem on my 2005 Lexus free of charge. Any extra labor that was needed on my car he did for free since the part was out of the way already. (timing belt) . Hard to find good honest mechanics these days. Great thing is the work is supported by warranty. No running away from the problems. Highly recommend KC Auto Repairs.

Timing belt and water pump on 2005 Lexus ES300. Thank Goodness KC took me in on a Saturday with a big job. The Lexus dealership wanted an arm and a leg for the repairs. Car was overheating due to water pump leaking. KC said to go ahead and replace the timing belt while water pump is out. Got done before the end of the day and saved hundreds of dollars. Will definitely take my cars to KC Auto Repairs again!

Came in to get my brake pads fixed and KC did not disappoint! As a single woman who knows literally nothing about cars, I usually feel a bit anxious about going to car shops but KC was super genuine, honest, and helpful. No weird vibes, no upselling, just real help and good prices. This is officially my new car place woohoo!

Let me start off by saying I’m not 100% knowledgeable about cars but everywhere I called was appalled that he did a brake job and didn’t tell me anything about replacing my rotors. I paid $240 total for the front and the back brakes. My car is still shaking every time I brake. I called KC to explain to him the problem he told me that I had to pay an additional $60-$70 each side to fix my rotors but then when I went to him in person so I could possibly get the job today he switched up on me and said it’s going to cost me $75-$80 per side. Come to find out I didn’t even need a brake replacement I actually needed new rotors. If he’s so knowledgeable and has decades of experience, why didn’t he explain to me I need to also replace my rotors instead of telling me I need to break my brakes in by driving over 100 miles? Then told me that my rotors were fine when they were warped. I will NEVER comeback this man is a liar and a thief How are your prices fair when your charging me more than the dealership

KC is extremely knowledgeable and the highest class of customer service I've ever had. When you're stuck on the other side of california with a car that is giving you trouble and you're all alone, having a business owner like KC be the one to help you is what you want. I recommend this shop over and over again to anyone. He's the real deal.
